SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All of our jewelry is made order, so please allow five days for us to make your pieces, and an additional three days for shipping and handling. We currently offer flat-rate shipping via USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express International. Due to our very small team, we're not able to honor any requests for expedited shipping, or shipping via other carriers. Keep checking back for more options.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Because all of our jewelry is made to order with unique and often one-of-a-kind materials, all items purchased via SVNR's online shop are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
We also regret that we cannot offer any type of customization on our existing styles. Thank you for your understanding and your support.
